The Communiqué on Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Requests for International Notifications and Letters of Request, which determines the expenses to be paid for international legal notifications and letters of request within the framework of international judicial cooperation, was published by the Ministry of Justice in the Official Gazette dated December 20, 2024, and numbered 32758.

The Communiqué will enter into force on January 1, 2025.
